Done! I’m drenched :D
And I think I’m gonna focus on cardio for a while and do strength 2-3 times a week instead of what I’ve been doing (basically strength x6/wk, cardio 2-3) So I’m switching! We’ll see if this affects my fat loss/muscle gain.

I’m proud of myself, I’m not gonna have steak bc like I said last week I’m easing into vegetarianism AND bc the size of the things are like, gigantic, so I KNOW if I say “oh I’ll just eat 1/3 of it bc that’s the serving size tee hee” I totally won’t, so I’m grilling shrimp and sweet peppers and sweet potatoes in addition to the steak, so Matt’s pumped cuz now he gets 2 steaks and I’m pumped cuz I basically get to eat a ton of shrimp and veg and it’ll still *feel* like BBQ.
